    Your athletic success is dependent on a thorough evaluation. HIPE’s performance evaluation consists of assessing posture, muscle imbalances, flexibility, body composition, and sport-specific performance testing. After we identify your strengths and weaknesses, we can better target what you need to maximize performance.

This program is designed for Grade 9 and 10 athletes that will put in 3-4 years of training to make their dreams become a reality. Grade 11 and 12 athletes are welcome but I may not be able to guarantee anything as it really depends on where you're at and where you need to be to get a scholarship.
